I have worked in talking psychological therapies since 2009 and have been trained in advanced techniques, such as; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which has a strong evidence base for treating a wide range of issues.

I also provide regular supervision for qualified and trainee therapist’s.

My approach is to offer a professionally supportive, reflective and gentle space in which clients may explore the issues that are troubling them. I have a particular interest in Chronic Pain, psychological therapies and Postnatal Depression.
